I love my morning perk. Nothing puts me in a better mood then when I can sit, sip, and enjoy a quiet moment in the morning. So when I opened a new canister to find that the taste seemed off to me (most likely the spice mixture wasn’t to my liking) I was so sad. I quickly reached out to customer service and explained my disappointment to which they agreed to exchange the canister for a newer batch. They were so incredibly helpful and understanding and I had my old perk sent off and the new ones to me within a week. The whole experience was quick and honestly amazing. I love that Perk actually cares about their customers and will do whatever it takes to keep them coming back. (As if we had a choice with how amazing it tastes 😉)
