Meet the Founders
15 years ago we were newly married with a blended family. I was a widow. Gary was a full time single dad. I was battling depression. He had created Perk and brought me a mug every morning. It was just the right amount of caffeine, protein, and nourishment I needed to face another day and it tasted like a treat. It was truly a Hug In A Mug!
We decided to share it with the world. I put the first production batch on my credit card, our kids helped us fill orders out of the basement and we both walked away from decade long careers. That was 10 years ago. Gary still brings me a mug every single morning... and we want to bring that same feeling to you!
Perk is still family owned, still made with the same care and still priced the same as it was that first day 10 years ago.
